When will I be charged?
Subscriptions are automatically renewed each month. The date when you will be charged is based on the date you were initially charged.
Can I cancel a Subscription?
Yes, of course. You can cancel a subscription any time you want in the Customer Subscription Portal.
To make it easier for our clients, we have 3 ways you can access the Customer Subscription Portal:
- The Portal can be accessed through the direct link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed the initial subscription order.
- You can also access the Portal if you create an account on the site using the same email you made the Subscription with.
- You can click on the "For Access to your Subscription" section in the customer login page to have a direct link sent to your email to access the Portal.
What happens if my payment can't be processed?
If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.
